Payment terms

For translation, proofreading, correction and writing:

• within 15 days net of delivery

For language courses:

• one-off lessons: by the date of the course at the latest
• 10 lesson courses: by 15 net days after the date of the first session and in all cases before service has finished being delivered

— Late payment interest charge: 8%

Other information

• Delivery times vary depending on the amount of work to be done.  Usually the customer determines the delivery time.  A 7-day minimum time period is required, regardless of the amount to be done.  For short documents, Exactement ! will do all possible to deliver the finished product earlier than this.  A 25% supplement is payable for urgent jobs.
• Any claims are to be made within 8 days of the item being delivered.  Exactement ! absolves itself of all responsibility for claims made after this time.
